We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Arden Courts ProMedica Memory Care Sterling Heights. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct care to residents and supervising nursing personnel.

About the Role

This is a part-time position that requires 2-3 years of clinical experience in gerontological nursing, preferably with dementia populations. You must have a valid and current LPN/LVN state license and be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities
  • SUPERVISE NURSING PERSONNEL TO DELIVER NURSING CARE AND COORDINATE CARE DELIVERY TO ENSURE RESIDENT NEEDS ARE MET IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS OF PRACTICE THROUGH PHYSICIAN ORDERS, FACILITY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES, AND FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL GUIDELINES.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
