Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing reconciliations, entering bills, reviewing postings, and preparing reports.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile financial accounts and prepare reports
  • Enter bills and review postings
  • Prepare various reports and perform administrative tasks
  • Answer telephones, take messages, and transfer calls
  • Create and maintain databases
  • Set up and manage filing systems
  • Operate office equipment and arrange for repairs when necessary

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

The hourly pay range for this position is $30-$32 per hour, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vacation, holidays, and retirement.
