Responsibilities
Our nurses are responsible for implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care, patient assessments, and coordination of care. They also administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, and document care provided in our system of record. Our nurses also promote health, teach, and train family members, and follow up with physicians, clients, family members, staff, and case managers on client problems, concerns, and/or changes in client condition.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, nurses must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state in which they will practice. They must also have current CPR certification from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS, and a TB skin test (current within the last 12 months). Six months prior hands-on nursing experience is preferred but not required. Our nurses must also have reliable transportation.
