Aveanna Healthcare Private Duty Nurse RN

Job Summary:

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will work closely with our patients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement physicians' prescribed plan of care
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Document care provided in system of record
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Requirements:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  • 6 months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
