Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Production Specialist is tasked with aiding the production workflow by operating machinery, assembling products, conducting quality inspections, and ensuring that all production activities are completed punctually and in line with company protocols. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, the capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment, and a dedication to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and oversee machinery utilized in the manufacturing process. Ensure machines function optimally and address any technical issues that may arise.
  • Product Assembly: Assemble products or components according to specified guidelines. This may involve manual assembly or the use of automated tools and equipment.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality assessments at various stages of the production process to confirm that products meet company standards. Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies.
  • Material Management: Load and unload materials, supplies, and products from machinery or storage areas. Ensure materials are adequately stocked and organized.
  • Product Packaging: Package completed products for distribution or storage, ensuring that packaging meets quality and safety requirements.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of production activities, including quantities produced, machine settings, and any encountered issues.
  • Safety Adherence: Follow all safety protocols and regulations. Engage in safety training and report any safety hazards to supervisors.

Qualifications:

Working Conditions:
