Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and oversee machinery utilized in the manufacturing process. Ensure machines function optimally and address any technical issues that may arise.
- Product Assembly: Assemble products or components according to specified guidelines. This may involve manual assembly or the use of automated tools and equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Perform quality assessments at various stages of the production process to confirm that products meet company standards. Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies.
- Material Management: Load and unload materials, supplies, and products from machinery or storage areas. Ensure materials are adequately stocked and organized.
- Product Packaging: Package completed products for distribution or storage, ensuring that packaging meets quality and safety requirements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of production activities, including quantities produced, machine settings, and any encountered issues.
- Safety Adherence: Follow all safety protocols and regulations. Engage in safety training and report any safety hazards to supervisors.

Working Conditions:
