Responsibilities:

• Sanitize all glassware, silverware, and utensils to ensure they are spotless and free of smudges, stains, or watermarks.
• Stock and restock china, silver, and glassware for service and bar.
• Set up tables, stations, and counters as required for operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including removing debris, wiping down surfaces, and arranging furniture as needed.
• Fold napkins/linens as necessary.
• Greet guests in a professional manner and serve beverage and food items while explaining the contents.
• Anticipate and service guests' needs before requests are necessary.
• Assist with guest service, including retrieving food from the kitchen and safely transporting it to guests.
• Break down, clean, and set up tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment for staff and guests.
• Communicate effectively with management and other team members to address any cleaning or maintenance issues promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the dining establishment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum one-year food and beverage service or equivalent experience.
• Ability to balance and carry trays.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume and demanding environment.
• Basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
