Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager II to join our team at SCI. As a Sales Manager II, you will be responsible for developing a well-trained sales staff that meets or exceeds all sales quotas, increases market share and customer base within established budgetary levels while maintaining the highest ethical standards and observing Company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
