Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fitness assessments and create customized workout plans for members
  • Provide expert-level guidance on exercise technique, nutrition, and wellness

  • Assist with member intake and onboarding process
  • Maintain a safe and clean workout environment
  • Meet sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

  • National fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA accredited equivalent)
  • Experience in designing and implementing fitness programs
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
