Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cake Froster to join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes #269. As a Cake Froster, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cake frostings and decorating cakes to meet our established standards and time guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and apply cake frostings according to our recipes and guidelines
  • Frost and decorate cakes for same-day and next-day orders
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized frosting area, including tables, microwave, and tool bins
  • Track inventory of frosting materials and assist with ordering as needed
  • Assist phone guests with incoming orders and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments as necessary to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and procedures
Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $10.00 to start, with opportunities for additional compensation based on experience and performance.
