Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Associate Director Secure Systems Architect to lead our systems engineering team in developing secure solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design secure processing solutions across all products in the portfolio.
  • Promote and mature the application and use of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) for the product line.
  • Ensure compliance with government and company guidelines for secure solutions.
  • Support the training and growth of the SE team on the product line and ensure best practices are adhered to.
  • Work with the Chief Engineer, Lead Systems Engineer, and Business Development on new business pursuits.

Requirements:

  • Typically requires 12 years or greater of professional relevant experience.
  • Expert experience with system security concepts and designs.
  • Expert experience in developing architectures and design of complex systems.
  • Expert experience with integrating software and firmware on FPGAs and SOCs.
  • Strong experience with MBSE.
  • Strong experience with bid and proposal work.
  • Experience with ASIC design.
  • Experience with TCP and UDP Ethernet protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams with other team members and customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current/Active Security Clearance.
