Print Shop Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain sophisticated binding equipment, including folders, coil binders, and other print shop machinery.
- Manage the daily operations of high-speed copiers, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Perform print production tasks, such as collating, stapling, binding, and packaging of printed materials.
- Monitor print jobs to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printing and binding equipment.
- Work in a hands-on, blue-collar environment, handling physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support a safe and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the print shop.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Previous experience in a print shop or copy center environment.
- Proficient in operating binding equipment, copiers, and other print shop machinery.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on printing and binding equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on role that requires physical activity throughout the day.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Fully available for onsite work, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Pay Range: Hourly $24.00 to $26.00
