This position emphasizes the support of Assembly Rotor Stack and Balance for GE Aerospace's manufacturing and refurbishment operations through the development and application of best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Possess familiarity with rotor structural components and engine assembly processes.
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of vector mathematics and statics.
- Develop and deliver training materials focused on engine assembly rotor stack and balance best practices.
- Conduct the design, analysis, or assessment of assigned projects while adhering to sound engineering principles and established business standards, practices, and product/program requirements.
- Serve as a mentor to global engine assembly rotor teams, providing expert guidance and consultation to colleagues and clients.
- Offer technical leadership to personnel involved in the assigned project.
- Document technical data generated by the assigned project in accordance with engineering policies and procedures.
- Regularly communicate and present significant project milestones to the leadership team.
- Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program evaluations.
- Collaborate directly with global teams to implement assembly best practices across various locations.
- Act as the technical liaison to equipment manufacturers, ensuring the provision of technical specifications and timely delivery of machinery/equipment.
- Some domestic and international travel may be required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in rotor structural components and engine assembly).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in rotor structural components and engine assembly.
