Position Overview:
Spherion is actively seeking skilled Electronics Assembly Specialists to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in our innovative manufacturing environment where precision and quality are paramount.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Compensation:
$18 - $20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to established assembly protocols to guarantee high-quality production.
  • Interpret and utilize schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams for component assembly.
  • Employ hand tools and small power tools, including screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills, for assembly tasks.
  • Assemble components, fixtures, and accessories according to detailed specifications and instructions.
  • Conduct final assembly of components, fixtures, and accessories.
  • Utilize measuring and testing instruments, such as multimeters and oscilloscopes, to verify the quality and precision of assemblies.
  • Set up testing apparatus and execute tests on production assemblies following established methods and standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly issues, including fitting and alignment challenges.
  • Comply with safety protocols and guidelines throughout the assembly process.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Participate in cross-training to support various product lines as necessary.

Required Skills:
  • Strong teamwork capabilities.
  • Proficient troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with small tools.
  • Ability to remain seated or standing for an 8-hour shift.
  • Technical knowledge of circuit boards and computers.

Educational Background:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:
1 to 4 years in a related field.

Qualifications:
  • Willingness to undergo cross-training.
  • Ability to learn from peers.
  • Familiarity with computer systems.
  • Competence in using small hand tools.
  • Capability to measure, read blueprints, and assemble components accurately.
