Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee research operations support for the office, ensuring all work products meet high-quality government standards.

Requirements
  • 10 years of relevant professional experience, with experience working in or directly for the government.
  • A master's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Experience managing a robust team while supporting an environment of innovation, entrepreneurship, process improvement, and other leading-edge team leadership practices.
  • Experience designing and conducting research studies related to national security activities and high-level policy issues.
  • Ability to conduct statistical analysis and determine statistical accuracy.
  • Experience developing professional, senior-level reports, briefings, studies, and presentations.
  • Proven experience collaborating with senior officials and teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
Clearance and Location

This position requires a Secret security clearance and the ability to work in the National Capital Region with the option for ad hoc telework.
