Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures, ensuring quality assurance and improvement standards are met
  • Correlate ultrasound procedures with patient medical history, providing accurate and timely results
  • Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring adequate stock of supplies
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Vocational/Technical Diploma from an accredited ultrasound program required
  • 2 years of Diagnostic Ultrasound Sonographer experience required
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technology Sonography Certification (ARRT) required
  • BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
