Production Assembler

Position Overview:

This role is essential for ensuring a steady workflow by engaging in various tasks such as assembling different components, packaging products, conducting quality checks, and operating light machinery.

Support and promote the Corporate Win Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to guidelines based on blueprints, charts, and specifications. Assemble both large and small parts efficiently in a fast-paced setting, including, but not limited to, side seams, end caps, o-rings, epoxy, and holding clips. Conduct periodic quality inspections using calipers, gauges, and other measuring instruments. Complete necessary documentation upon order completion. Keep the workspace organized and safe. Maintain professional, respectful, and open communication with team members. Execute additional tasks as assigned by the cell lead and value stream management. Participate in High Performance Team (HPT) initiatives and Kaizen events.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing experience is advantageous. Capability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to remain standing for extended periods. Familiarity with basic arithmetic and reading diagrams. Willingness to work overtime during weekdays and Saturdays as needed. Required skills include passing a drug screening and background check. A GED is necessary. Relevant experience in general labor is preferred.
