- Implement patient education plans, empowering patients to take an active role in their healthcare.
- Utilize a problem-solving approach to decision-making, ensuring that each patient receives the best possible care.
- Monitor scheduling and consult processes, working collaboratively with our team to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives, helping us to continually improve our care delivery and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with our Regional Medical Director, site medical providers, and other site nursing leaders to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Perform other nursing duties as assigned, working collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible care for our patients.
