Automotive Service Professional

The Automaster, a well-respected family owned automotive dealership group, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Professional to join our team. As a valued member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles, utilizing computer systems to access technical data and service bulletins
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to labor guidelines and company standards
- Assist in loaner vehicle fleet management and effectively communicate with customers and technicians
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convey complex information clearly
- Clean and valid driver's license, with physical stamina to perform duties in the scope of this position
- Computer literacy and basic typing skills, with proficiency in relevant software applications
Compensation Package
