About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team as a Superintendent. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead project management efforts and participate in operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project management efforts while coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers
  • Assist in business development meetings and proposals
  • Establish a positive office culture and lead from the front
  • Create and review project schedules
  • Partner with clients from preconstruction phase through closeout
  • Develop relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Handle forecasting and estimating costs while making changes to costs for project completion
  • Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with a general contractor
  • Bachelor's degree in construction field required
  • Experience leading and assisting on commercial construction projects
  • Positive attitude and ability to effectively communicate
  • Success driven and exemplifies good leadership qualities and characteristics
  • Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors
  • Previous mentorship experience is a strong plus
