Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital - New Braunfels. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas or compact state.
  • 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
