At Ursa Innovations, we're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team of professionals. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission of providing innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Sales Leads: Utilize targeted marketing lists to identify potential new clients and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Provide Customer Solutions: Work with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
  • Process Sales Orders and Cancellations: Accurately process sales orders, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide Product Sales and Support: Offer expert product knowledge and support to clients, as well as internal teams, to ensure seamless sales and customer service experiences.
  • Build Marketing Campaigns and Attend Events: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services, and attend live events to connect with potential clients.
  • Excel in a Team-Based Environment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Work with Account Teams: Partner with account teams to develop and implement strategies to grow and retain client accounts.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality industries.
  • Consistently reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
  • Strong sales and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections.
