This position invites you to engage in a harmonious blend of diligence and innovation, set against the backdrop of our lush agricultural fields.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assemble, install, and test machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
2. Comply with established safety regulations consistently.
3. Manage the layout and positioning of equipment for enhanced operational efficiency.
4. Identify and rectify issues with machinery components.
5. Dismantle outdated machinery and replace with new installations as necessary.
6. Conduct preventive maintenance by identifying and addressing potential concerns.
7. Operate machinery or equipment, such as forklifts, to transport mechanical parts.
8. Interpret specifications, machine manuals, and blueprints to execute tasks effectively.
9. Work on various factory equipment including pumps, conveyor systems, bearings, generators, turbines, and seals.
10. Troubleshoot and rebuild vacuum pumps and air compressors.
SKILLS
- Proficient in assembling and installing machinery, ensuring functionality.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
- Experience in managing layouts and equipment positioning for operational efficiency.
- Skilled in identifying and repairing machinery issues.
- Background in preventive maintenance, recognizing and resolving potential problems.
- Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, capable of interpreting specifications, manuals, and blueprints.
- Proficient in troubleshooting techniques for machinery.
- Experience with factory equipment including pumps, conveyor systems, bearings, generators, turbines, and seals.
- Understanding of gear reducers.
- Capable of troubleshooting and rebuilding vacuum pumps and air compressors.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
