Job Summary:
OU Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide project management support for strategic initiatives in the Pediatric Behavioral Health Department. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Nursing, or a related field, and at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
• Creates project plans, tracks milestones, and coordinates resources for strategic initiatives.
• Incorporates data analytics from various sources to guide process and support findings.
• Develops and maintains appropriate reports to ensure consistent tracking of project status.
• Coordinates meetings and manages communication plans to ensure stakeholders are involved and informed about projects impacting their areas.
• Utilizes project management tools to provide transparency and accountability in tracking outcomes and project status.
• Fosters alignment and collaboration of key stakeholders across the organization.
• Creates operational and implementation plans for strategic initiatives.
• Performs analysis and quantifies financial impact of assigned projects.
• Assists in the creation of business plans and associated financial analyses.
• Ensures planned deliverables align with OU Health's strategic priorities.

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management, Nursing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, Oklahoma Department of Health, and Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services rules and regulations related to behavioral health facilities.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills, including interpersonal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time under limited direct supervision.
• Strong technical skills and above-average understanding of healthcare operations and data analytics.
