Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Controls Analyst to join our team at Oscar Associates Limited (US). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of project controls professionals and overseeing construction planning and cost control with supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of project controls professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Oversee construction planning and cost control with supervision to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure constructability is integrated into the planning process to minimize project risks.
  • Facilitate productivity reporting to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement tools to monitor project status and proactively address issues.
  • Collaborate with the management team on project execution to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Secure project management support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Participate in risk and change management discussions to ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Project Controls experience (Cost, Planning, and Scheduling).
  • Strong Primavera P6 experience on construction projects.
  • Ability to relocate to Oklahoma City, OK.
