Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse II to join our Emergency Department team. As a Registered Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve desired outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care to achieve desired outcomes
- Participate in patient and family teaching and provide leadership by delegating and working cooperatively with the healthcare team
- Actively contribute to department operations and communications, and uphold standards of AIDET patient communication
- Adhere to best practices in the Emergency Department and maintain a high level of adaptability to changing work schedules and patient needs
- Current professional RN license issued and/or recognized by the state Board of Nursing for the State of employment
- BLS from AHA
- ACLS from AHA
- PALS from AHA
- Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB) or equivalent required (AB508 and SB1299)
- Two (2) years' experience preferred in the Emergency Department
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in the Emergency Department
- Adaptable to changing work schedules and patient needs
- Competitive salary range: $43.41-$60.79 (ER)
- 12-hour shifts with overtime paid after 8 hours
- Average rate: $50.65-$70.92
- Sign-on bonus: $10,000 (Full Time Only)
