As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care and coordinating care to achieve desired outcomes. You will participate in patient and family teaching, provide leadership by delegating and working cooperatively with ancillary, nursing and other patient team members in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice and performance in the clinical setting./ppbResponsibilities:/b ulliProvide high-quality patient care and service to all patients./liliActively and consistently contribute to department operations and communications./liliBehave in a manner consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Pipeline Health System, LLC./liliUphold standards of AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank you) patient communication./li/ul/ppbRequirements:/b ulliTwo (2) years' experience preferred in the area applied for./liliIn-depth knowledge of best practices in area/specialty applied for./liliAdaptable to changing work schedules and patient needs./liliCritical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills./liliAbility to read/comprehend written instructions, strong organizational skills, ability to follow verbal instructions, and PC (computer) skills./liliA capacity to learn, synthesize, make critical judgments, work independently, place patients and families first, and collaborate with the team members who are recognized leaders within health care./li/ul/ppbLicensure/Certifications:/b ulliCurrent RN license issued and/or recognized by the state Board of Nursing for the State of employment./liliBasic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association (AHA), required./liliAB508 Workplace Violence Prevention (4 hour) due within 30 days./liliOR Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB 1 or MAB 2), Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or other certification covering AB508 and SB1299./li/ul/ppbAdditional Requirements for ER Department:/b ulliAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from American Heart Association (AHA), required./liliPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from American Heart Association (AHA), required./liliAB508 Workplace Violence Prevention and De-escalation (8 hour).
