We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Associate to join our team. As a key member of our finance operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and process financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with Operations management to ensure timely and accurate completion of weekly and monthly close processes at a unit level.
  • Become an expert on the Vista application theater POS system, including identifying data sources from Vista to use for reporting sales, AP, and balance sheet transactions.
  • Prepare and distribute billings to clients in a timely and professional manner.
  • Validate and audit funding activities for all payment sources on a quarterly basis.
  • Conduct Internal Control Reviews (ICRs) to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Train and develop all accounting and clerical procedures regularly in the local team.
  • Work with Ops management to assist with forecasts and budgets.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including collections, cash application, and client billing.
  • Reconcile transactions, budgets, and actual transaction levels for reporting purposes.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks/projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience in the food service or retail industry is required; food service or retail operations experience is a plus.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in dealing with changing situations and people.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as a member of a finance operations team.
