Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor school parking lots and maintain visibility to prevent any potential security threats.
  • Assist with health screening of school occupants upon entry, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular perimeter and vehicle checks of school buildings to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Assist with daily traffic control on school property, ensuring smooth and safe movement of students, staff, and visitors.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact with students, staff, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to work in a high-stress environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
  • Must be able to pass both security and school background checks and drug screening.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, talk or hear, and stand and/or walk for extended periods.
  • Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
