Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide security services at client locations, including patrolling, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, and responding to emergencies.
  • Exercise sound decision making and provide guidance to supervisors and officers on a consistent basis.
  • Ensure clear communication through various avenues, including email, messages on schedules, and note taking.
  • Be proactive in initiating and monitoring activity, and lead by example.
  • Consistently work with supervisors and officers on training and post order management and development.
  • Provide positive feedback and constructive criticism as needed, and ensure all officers and supervisors are properly trained.
Requirements:
  • A desire to learn, help people, and work with a team.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Clear background (no felonies, no misdemeanors in last five years).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen (includes THC).
  • Willingness to adhere to uniform standards (no facial piercings, no visible offensive tattoos, no facial hair except a mustache, hair pulled off collar).
  • Proficient with computer software, Microsoft Office applications, etc.
Preferred Experience/Education:
  • Associates Degree.
  • 3 years of Security Experience or related field.
  • 3 years of Supervisor/Manager Experience.
