Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities:- Lead new club, renovation, and special projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Manage deliverables for weekly design presentation meetings, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Source and manage FF&E, finishes, and materials, ensuring compliance with Equinox standards and regulations.
- Travel with the opening team for new clubs and presale offices, providing on-site support and expertise.
- Develop and implement design strategies, working closely with architects, designers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage internal materials library, updating vendor information and ensuring accuracy.
- Create multimedia presentations, spreadsheets, and text documents, utilizing tools like Indesign, Excel, and Word.
- Design and fabricate mood/materials boards, showcasing Equinox's unique aesthetic.
- Implement standard interior signage packages, coordinating with vendors and construction teams.
- Process invoices for FF&E and coordinate shipments, deliveries, and installations.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Equinox spatial requirements and standards.
- Photograph clubs, create renderings, and edit images, showcasing our brand's visual identity.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design.
- 7+ years of professional experience in architecture or design, preferably in hospitality or high-end residential.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and rendering tools.
- Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and ability to problem-solve.
- Passion for design and ability to take initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of ADA compliance, sustainability, and LEED certification a plus.
