Physical Requirements

  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.

Work Schedule Expectations

  • Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and various shifts is essential.
  • Shifts may range from ten to twelve hours as needed.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred, ideally in a fine dining context.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

  • Follow established safety and sanitation practices.
  • Adhere to uniform and grooming standards consistently.
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by management.

  • Courteous, attentive, and friendly demeanor towards guests and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently without compromising service quality.
  • Capacity to work independently while maintaining high performance standards.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Required certifications: Food handlers and TIPS.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Familiarity with computerized cash registers is advantageous.
