Job SummaryThe Vanderbilt Medical Center Staffing Collaborative is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment in the Operating Room. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals, providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the healthcare team to establish a plan of care and coordinate care delivery.
- Analyze comprehensive patient information to determine nursing diagnoses and develop effective interventions.
- Continuously evaluate patient progress and apply appropriate interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a current RN license, 2 years of relevant OR experience, and certifications in ACLS and PALS.
