Role Responsibilities

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating all unit functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with management to monitor and assess nursing care in line with established protocols.
  • Serving as a resource for nursing staff and enhancing the overall patient experience.
  • Partnering with a multidisciplinary team to tailor and deliver exceptional care.
  • Providing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance staff performance and engagement.
  • Assisting with staff scheduling to ensure optimal unit operations.
Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position. TriStar Summit is a 200-bed facility, recognized as a Level III Trauma Center, offering a wide range of acute care services, including cardiology, oncology, orthopedics, rehabilitation, and women's health.
