About the Role
- Support the therapeutic milieu under the direction of nursing and clinical leadership, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients.
- Ensure the delivery of programs and services as scheduled, with a focus on patient supervision, safety, and respect.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of patient care and services.
- Provide feedback and support to Mental Health Technicians, contributing to their professional growth and development.
Requirements and Qualifications
- College education or associate's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a behavioral health setting, with supervisory experience.
Key Skills and Abilities
- Understanding of resident rights and care procedures and standards.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, patients, and families.
- Ability to work harmoniously with all staff and contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Computer literacy and skills including Microsoft software, with experience in scheduling software a plus.
