Nurse Practitioner

Essentia Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Holy Trinity Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
Current licensure with the appropriate State Board of Nursing.
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 year from date of hire.
Comprehensive Advanced Life Support (CALS) certification or Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year from the date of hire (excluding Superior, Moose Lake, Ada, and Sandstone locations).
Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within one year.
