Job Title: RN or LPN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Grace Home, a long-term care facility in Graceville, Minnesota.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time position that requires working 64 hours per two-week pay period, with every third weekend and a holiday rotation. The successful candidate will be eligible for full-time benefits and will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to provide high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to residents, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
  • Delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
  • Contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia Health.
  • Meet the requirements of the Joint Commission and other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
Requirements:
  • Current nursing licensure in the state of Minnesota.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month.
