Patient Care Associate

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Patient Care Tech to join our team in Chelsea, Massachusetts.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Support the RN with clinical tasks, including glucometry, EKGs, and vital signs.
- Respond to the needs of patients and family members, taking a proactive role in the efficient operation of the unit.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as a nursing assistant required upon hire, unless incumbent is a nursing student who has completed her/his fundamentals of nursing with a clinical component.
- Bi-lingual skills preferred.
- Prior experience in a Heme/onc preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) or the Red Cross required upon hire.
