Position Overview:
This role is vital in providing exceptional respiratory care services to patients in need. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing airway management techniques, including the use of artificial airways and mechanical ventilation.
- Maintaining composure and professionalism during critical care situations.
- Working in a structured schedule with opportunities for night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality respiratory therapy in an acute care environment.
- Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credentials.
- A minimum of 6 months experience in an acute care setting.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (to be obtained within the first month of employment).
