AP Clerk Specialist

A highly skilled AP Clerk is needed to optimize the efficiency and efficacy of our Accounts Payable department at Seed to Table in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in transactional accounting, with intermediate and above skill level in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Obtains supplier invoices, receiving documents, and other supporting documentation, then examines, codes appropriately, and posts to the accounting system.
• Handles all supplier A/P queries and follow up.
• Coordinates and resolves with receivers and department heads all cost discrepancies and tracks cost change and provides analytical analysis of such.

Requirements
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable Experience, preferably in transactional accounting.
• Intermediate and above skill level in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
• Bachelors or Associates degree in Finance or Accounting Preferred.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise is required.
• Physical & Job Requirements: Must be able to read, write, and speak English, analyze data, and draw logical conclusions and recommendations from the data.
