Quality Assurance Specialist

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of manufactured products. The Quality Technician will work closely with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues, implement process improvements, and maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review customer and internal first article inspections (AS9102)
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure quality standards are in effect
• Assist with the creation and implementation of inspection plans, methods, and techniques to assure reliability and conformance of products and processes
• Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities
• Assist with internal audit program
Requirements
• High school diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status)
• Experience with CORE or another continuous improvement program
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis (fault tree, fishbone diagrams, etc.)
• Experience with SAP/ERP
• Strong knowledge with GD&T and inspection techniques
