- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain necessary regulatory and compliance approvals and quality accreditations.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Partner with physicians who use or will use the hospital to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Strategic Planning: Assist in planning new services that generate additional sources of profitable revenue.
- Employee Retention and Development: Create an environment that encourages recruiting and retention of clinical employees.
- Cost Management: Manage costs by continually seeking data that identifies opportunities and taking action to eliminate non-value costs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution and master's degree in a related field are required.
- Experience: 10+ years of previous clinical experience, including nursing leadership experience.
- Licensure: Must have a license to practice professional nursing in the state of Arkansas.
- Interpersonal Skills: Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with patients, guests, physicians, and other employees.
