We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at DaVita Dialysis Center. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
Requirements:
  • Current LPN-LVN license in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • IV certification (if required by state regulations)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body
