About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a CPA with 7+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning, and consulting at a public accounting firm. You will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and developing a team, as well as attracting and servicing new clients and expanding services to existing ones.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a team of tax professionals

- Develop and execute tax planning and consulting engagements in multiple industries
- Collaborate with firm leadership to drive business development and growth
Weaver is committed to investing in the strength of our team. As a Tax Senior Manager, you will have access to:
- 30 days of paid time off and 11 holidays
- 4 scheduled recharge days
- In-house CPE and learning opportunities through our internal Learning & Development department
- Annual Base Pay Range: $165,000 to $225,000
