The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in civil litigation, with a strong track record of court appearances, discovery, and law and motion practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting pleadings and motions, defending depositions, and managing their own cases under the supervision of our experienced employment attorney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct court appearances and represent clients in employment law matters
  • Assist in discovery and law and motion practice
  • Draft pleadings and motions, including complaints, answers, and motions for summary judgment
  • Defend depositions and other discovery proceedings
  • Manage and run own cases, including case strategy and client communication

Requirements:

  • Admitted to the California Bar
  • At least 1 year of civil litigation experience
  • Experience in employment litigation a plus, but not required
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 depending on experience and qualifications
