Job Title: Registered Nurse

At Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team.

Job Summary:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, adhering to physician orders, state and federal regulations, and facility policies.
  • Administer medications as ordered by physicians and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants, ensuring timely completion of work assignments.
  • Collaborate with physicians during rounds, physical examinations, and treatments.
  • Perform scheduled treatments, maintain infection control measures, and adhere to cleanliness standards.

Requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing with a current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • CPR certification and ability to work well with patients, families, doctors, and other staff members.
  • Ability to make decisions regarding nursing problems, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
  • Dependable, flexible, and able to work cooperatively with all nursing personnel and other departments.
