Job Summary

Join J & J Worldwide Services as a CBM Planner/Scheduler and contribute to the success of our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Monitor and report on maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Perform site inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and develop corrective action plans

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of CBM technologies and predictive maintenance techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
