At Citrus Grove, we are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our leasing department, you will be responsible for marketing the community and maintaining high occupancy levels.
This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will guide potential residents through the move-in process, handle phone calls, conduct property tours, and work with applicants to complete lease paperwork.
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including incoming traffic, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, and preparing lease paperwork.
- Respond to phone and email inquiries, provide leasing information, make appointments, and create and follow up on maintenance requests.
- Inspect and prepare the property daily for cleanliness, ensuring that it is market-ready at all times.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Minimum one year experience in customer service or sales position.
- Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) certification preferred.
