Job Description:

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all aspects of the leasing process, from initial inquiries to lease signings and move-ins. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming prospective residents, assessing their needs, and touring available apartments.
  • Collecting deposits and rent payments, processing applications, and reviewing lease agreements.
  • Addressing resident concerns, responding to inquiries, and maintaining open communication channels.
  • Coordinating move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in business or related field highly preferred.
  • Minimum one year experience in customer service or sales position.
  • Valid California driver's license with clean driving record required.
  • Proficient in Yardi, Rent Cafe, Yield Star, LeaseStar, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.

Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per annum
