- Ensure the accurate positioning of patients and equipment.
- Monitor and assess patients' responses to treatments.
- Maintain detailed records of treatment plans and patient progress.
- Educate patients and their families about radiation therapy and its potential side effects.
- Collaborate with the oncology team to develop and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiation Therapy Technology.
- Certified Radiation Therapist by the American Registry of Radiation Therapy Technologists (ARRT-T).
- Licensed by the Texas Department of Health (TMB).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in radiation therapy.
- 13+ years of experience as a Radiation Therapist.
- Valid Radiation Therapist license.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiation Therapy.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist.
- Competitive salary range: $88,000 - $120,000 per year.
- $1,500 sign-on bonus.
