About the Role:

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team at Paragon Honda. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 to $60,000 per year.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and hire top talent for our organization
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to managers on HR-related matters
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll
  • Collect and maintain accurate personnel records
  • Conduct audits and provide reports to management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required. Three to five years of related experience with at least two years in a management position, and/or combination of comparable education and experience.
